cannot sign in to classifieds

Every time I go to sign into classified ads I get the "Not valid username or password" message. I then press for renew password. Reset password & it works , next visit same as before cannot access my ads unless I request new password ?

Hi Stuart, I have used Google chrome & Internet exporer, also on two OS Visa & XP.
Also using a ipad ?

exactly the same problem here.

Im in a worse spot as the email address registered died a long time ago.

How can I reset to another email address please?
