A topic goes to a second page at the twenty first post (twentieth reply).

If someone makes the twentieth post (nineteenth reply) and the topic has rolled on to another page, clicking on that topic via their profile takes you to the second page (i.e. not where their post is).

If someone makes the twentieth post (nineteenth reply) and their reply remains the last post in the thread, clicking on that topic via their profile results in a "nothing to see here" report.

How d'ya like them apples?

Unfortunately for me I think that one falls under my purview...

I have a good idea why, is it only from the profile link?

That's a good word.

I should cocoa.

I'm talking about the "forums" tab on someone's profile - and then the "my replies" column.

The link from there takes you to the page where that person's first contribution to that topic is and highlights the reply or replies on the page.

I can't think of an equivalent link from elsewhere.

I wouldn't spend time on it though. It was just an observed quirk as opposed to something inconvenient.

I'm sure there are more important things to be getting on with.

Cheerio,

Here's an example.

This is a link, via my profile to, a post I replied to.

My one and only reply was the last post on page three.
