Classifieds password reset doesn't work for me

I've tried this a number of times over the last month and I can[t log in to the classifieds to renew my ad. When i try to reset my password (via the classifieds login page), I don't get the reset email (I've looked in my spam folder too)... any idea whats going on?

What are you putting into the username box?

I was logging in with my username, logging in with my email fixed the issue!
