I have a slow connection so open up threads in a new window. when I want to close the window and run my mouse up to the X that avert keeps opening. I know advertising is a part of PH and im not having a go but could it be made to not open up unless you specifically click on it. it really starting to bug me as it on every window I open on PH

Must admit Ted it does seem to be shown a little more frequently that the others, or is it just my

Presumably they've paid for more exposure.

However, the "dropdown" feature of the ad does seem to be a little overzealous on occasion (at least in FireFox). I've lost count of the number of times I've headed for "What's new" only to find that by the time I've clicked the mouse, the ad has dropped over the top and I've clicked it by accident.

Not getting paid for the number of click-throughs, are you Ted?
