Electric cars / hybrids - time for a forum ?

Current discussion is scattered around GG and some of the more specialist forums (Jap Chat/Honda). The threads tend to be lively, with many people for or against and overall an increasing level of interest.
It's not just Toyota and Honda any more, you also have e.g. the Merc E300 which has gotten good feedback on here.
Overall, there seem to be sufficient numbers of PHers interested in this topic, a sufficiently large industry, and sufficient market penetration, to warrant a specialist forum IMHO.
Perhaps we need "Hybrids and alternative fuel vehicles" to cover other stuff that comes along (fuel cell etc.)
