Unable to log into Classifieds, also dont get reset email

Hi,

I'm trying to place an Ad on the classified section, but I'm unable to log in.

Have tried forum username, and my email address, plus a variety of potential passwords. Have not had any luck.

pressed the forgotten password link, filled in username, no email.

same response typing in the email address.

I've double checked I have the correct registered address, and all is fine with it.

can someone please reset my password for classifieds, or send me a reset link?

320touring - oddly, I cannot find an account for you. I've escalated to this a developer, but it will be monday morning I'm afraid. So could you try using your email address, rather than your login, for the password prompt and see if that works? I can generate a password reset email for you if that doesn't work.

Hi Stuart, I'm having the same issues, I can't login to classifieds as it doesn't seem to recognise me.

I've asked for a pw reminder using my user name and email but nothing so far.

I did change my username in the last few months but been on here for years!

Try loggin in with your old username (RobboC) as that's the one still linked to your classified account.

Failing that, the email you used was the hotmail.com one?
