Copyright problems. If PH suddenly contains copies of a lot of stories from other sites (which make money from being viewed), PH will end up in court - or at least have to spend a lot on legal fees.

Fair enough but it does make surfing from work crap, as the entire first post is a link then discuss, no hint beyond the title and subsequent posts.
