I click on My stuff I see the same, I click on whats new and I see no topics... nothing!!

Is it not working with IOS 7 and mercury browser?

No, it's working for me. It uses the exact same code as the desktop site so if you can see topics on the desktop you'll see them on the Mobile Beta skin.

If I use classic mode I get errors on posting.

If I use mobile beta mode I can't do anything at all as screen is as described above.

Think I'm in smiley mode now to post, but this mode looks awful when I do use a PC, but if I change the phone won't work

Oh, I've just noticed you're using Mercury as your browser. Does it work with Safari?

Error occurs when ever I try to quote anyone using my smartphone.

Not tried safari as it times out all the time and hence I use mercury.

For what it's worth the mobile beta skin works for me in Mercury.

Change your skin to Mobile (Beta) then browse to www.pistonheads.com/gassing/ on your smartphone..

using mobile.pistonheads.com with the Mobile (beta) skin does not work.

The mobile. site is being retired and a responsive version of the main site delivered in it's place. One of the issues with the mobile. site is that it's hosted by a third party and is therefore difficult to deliver change on. The Mobile(beta) skin is the first version of that responsive site.
