Firefox title length again.

I know this has been said before and fixes tried.

But when I start a topic I am limited to 33 characters, but if post the new topic with the 33 max title, then re-edit the title in firefox I get more characters to use.

The 33 character limit is explicitly set in the html markup for the new topic page:
input type="text" maxLength="33" name="TopicSubject" size="60"

IMHO it is a silly restriction to have, but there you go.
