New Mobile Beta

We've released significant updates to the Mobile Beta skin today. We hope you like it, so please let us know your thoughts.
Here are some preview shots:
You can enable this by clicking on "My Preferences" above and then choosing the Mobile (Beta) skin. The forum will look like the Big Blue skin when you're on a desktop and will look like the above when you're on a mobile device.
Please remember this is still a beta release. There are some things that don't work yet, but we'll be fixing these soon (try viewing a wiki or poll, for example, or going to page 3 in a long thread without having to go to page 2).
The other thing to remember is to make sure you don't end up on mobile.pistonheads.com. The mobile homepage still directs you to there, but once we iron out this beta we'll be switching the link over to this. http://www.pistonheads/gassing/ is where you need to be.

I could get to the last page of a thread I'd visited, from "My stuff", but the blue marker for the last post I'd read has gone - that was particularly useful!
Subjectively I think the design is a bit busier, why do "Bookmark" and "Watch" need a button? A simple text link as before is neater. Having said that the compose window is pretty good.

I just had to reload "My Stuff" page to get the links to new posts in thread to show. It would also be good if "My Stuff" opened up with one of the selections already expanded, like it did before.
Also on thread view on safari (iPhone 5 iOS 7) the bookmark icon is above the text, making the button double height. The full width button to jump back to the top seems to take up too much space relative to its function, could it be merged with the other navigation buttons above it?

Yuk! Big step backwards for three reasons for me....
1. I really don't like these poncy speech bubbles! How is that going to look once you start getting a couple of embedded quotes?
2. I can't get to anything other than the first page of a thread from My Stuff, and once I'm in a thread, I can only navigate through it one page at a time. Lovely stuff for trying to get to the last post on an 80 page thread!!!
3. Once I get to the bottom of a thread, I usually click on "My Stuff" again, or occasionally the Pie & Piston group page. I can't do either of these any more. I am forced to go back up to the top of the page.
One feels the need to tut at the PH hamsters!
