So I'm guessing at PH Towers there is a whiteboard somewhere of "Pressing issues". And listed are all the things that the site needs to improve it and possibly some some stuff it doesnt really need but that would shoosh it up a bit. And I guess you tick those off in order of importance when the resources to fix them become available.

So you are going to tell me that adding a tiny speech-bubble-like arrow to every quote was at the top of this weeks list, yes? Thank christ. Those quotes were so clunky and confusing before!
