I realise that I can't really complain too much since it's essentially a free service, but is there any intention to put subtitles back onto the videos? (I realise also that this probably isn't the right place to ask, but I doubt Chris replies to emails through the site)

For someone like me who is partially deaf, they make a magnitude of a difference

The videos aren't actually produced by PH, they come from the /Drive network. You could also try asking on their own website, youtube or Facebook page, if you have that
