When I read that DM piece, I think to myself that designing that kind of building with a view to having a single campaign to change the lighting elements every few years seems reasonable - as does using rope access techs.
The DM would have it that the need to maintain the lighting had never been thought about - which is clearly nonsense.
Then the DM tells us that T5 are using "high-wire artists".
This kind of fantasy writing is aimed at a typical hard of thinking reader to outrage them with imagery of light bulbs being changed by people whose day job is in a circus.
Hence Mat777 then referring to "trapeze artists".
For me quoting a piece of nonsense is as bad as linking to a piece of nonsense is as bad as swallowing the nonsense in the first place.

It would be good to be consistent though. There are many threads that only show a link to a subject, so why close that particular subject other than a reaction to the OP.

I don't see the point of links to twaddle on other sites unless the poster is making the point that the content of the other site is twaddle worthy of highlighting because it's such utter twaddle.
Linking to sites with twaddle where the poster of the link doesn't realise he's linking to twaddle just wastes my time and reinforces the argument for an ignore facility.
Similar applies to quoting twaddle.
