It's a mix of people, but generally it's Garlick, Dan Trent, and Matt Bird. Though eyebic might be on there, too.

I don't really understand twitter, but I know they try to limit it to one every 3 hours as a general rule. One could imagine someone is bored with their family at Christmas.
