Posting an advert woes

I am trying to list an advert for my car however this appears to be in vain.
I keep getting

The first time I went through it asked me to complete my account. So I did, upon clicking save it gives me that, I also get it when clicking continue from the first page of creating an advert.

They can't slap the £50 'investment' surcharge on you private sellers. They care not one jot.

Please check that you have completed all of the account details section. Isssues between step 1-2 are caused by a missing phone number and or postcode. To check them log in and click your name in the top right hand corner of the classifieds page

If that doesn't work, please email [e-mail] from your registered classifieds address and I will look into it for you.

This is getting really quite tedious now. All I want to do is list an advert.

I have now gone through and created another classified account with another email address, I get further through the setup process now but upon clicking continue on the include phonesafe page I am now getting a 500 error.

I have emailed [e-mail] twice since the request by KatieM and have not had a response bar the initial we will respond with 24 hours thing.

I want to list my car on PH, I feel that it will give me the best chance for getting the most possible for my car. BUT it is proving really difficult. I have listings on ebay and AT ready to go but I don't really want to give them the money...

Someone, please can I get some help?
