scammer overwriting my advert

Hi all,

Ive had a scammer overwrite my advert somehow!!?? Had mams bmw advertised in the classifieds (paid for!!) for 22k but today received many calls stating the car was at 7999. Checked classifieds and sure enough, someone called Liam Stinson has copied my advert using pictures (even had the nerve to put email him on bottom the cheek!!!). But original advert is gone?? I reported this at lunchtime today and.no reply... have now deleted the advert but not ideal!! Who can I call to a) get ad reinstated and b) get liam stinson off ph.
