Flashing Ads

As per the title really, what the heck is it with these ads that imitate one of those annoying bicycle front lights that look like a turbo charged lighthouse on speed. Browse through the classified section now and every time you scroll down the ad on the left scrolls with you and flashes at who knows how many times a second.
If this were on the TV you get a warning saying this programme may contain flashing images.

Can you take a screenshot? I'm not getting anything like that appearing.

Please get the issue surrounding member Free Ads not appearing under the Classifieds listing sorted. It's happened to me twice on 2 different motorbike ads in about 2 weeks and had to e mail Katie each time.

Still waiting for the Saturday one (15/3/14) to go properly "live".
Not a happy bunny.

It was a Suzuki ad that what appeared to be flashing at about 10 frames a second (this is a guess). It was "blinking" annoying though!!!
