PH Training Wiki issue?

I don't know if its just me but whenever Halb updates the Training Wiki I can never deduce what has been added or updated, as whenever I click on the History tab to see what's updated I get an error message, every single time. Happens on my iFads as well as my android phone.
Could someone have a looksie please?
