Multiple posts when replying?

I have been on PH for a number of years and have done nearly a 1000 posts, however just recently when I post a comment it usually comes up twice, but with same post number, this morning I posted a comment and it has come up four times with the same comment and post number, what the hell is going on? I am still using the same iPad I have had for last two years? I notice a few other people are also suffering multiple post issues.

Any ideas what is causing it?

adverts refresh the page some time it takes me 4 or 5 attempts to even post on the forum !!!

This usually happens when people post from a device over 3g and its caused by signal issues.

Cheers, just on an iPad 3 using wifi, it's getting on my nerves, other people must be thinking wtf!

I think it's Browser related, previously I had the same issue all the time but using Chrome on Android devices. Basically if you use the back button and get back to the "thanks for your post" page then the post would be duplicated. More recently I've noticed it's stopped doing it so presumed either the browser updates had stopped it or the site had been changed.

To prove the theory I'm going to try and duplicate the issues so if you see this post more than once....

BTW a couple of tips that might help.

Instead of using the browser back button use the nav icons on the site itself

If you do duplicate a post you can delete your own posts.

Cheers for the help, using an Ipad 3, did a software upgrade recently, not sure if that's a possible cause?
