Advert Moderation

Hi Guys,

My current classified add is pending moderation meaning i am unable to adjust the price and description. Any chance someone could review this for me?

Sorry about that Russ, for some reason your advert wasn't showing in our mod queues? Each time you edit it, it will go for re-approval. If it happens again, pop an email across to [e-mail] or call 0208 267 5573 and I'll sort it for you.

Someone else! This is happening to me constantly. I've almost given up bothering. Must be going on a week now since I made a change and it is still being moderated.

We have automatic moderation tools to look for things that are common across scam adverts - you keep hitting it everytime you change your advert and thus it will drop into a live moderation queue. For obvious reasons I can't say what they are, but I will look at the false positives yours is creating and see if it is being a little too agressive.

I have put it back live for you so you can update it further if needed.

Just to clear up a minor point .... the PH mods have absolutely NO visibility, access, administration or control of any ads on the PH classifieds, in any capacity.
