No report button on mobile

So how do we report threads as per JeremyC's advice when he locked JARB's thread?

The buttons are all there if you use the Mobile beta skin and log in to the desktop site on your mobile device - this has the added advantage that log in actually seems to work.

I don't see them on my Galaxy S5 or Nexus 7 (unless I turn the N7 into landscape when it switches to the equivalent to big blue) .
