What is this all about?.. wrong links at top of page

Hi guys, sometimes I get randomly dumped into some one elses profile, and sometimes I get the links at the top of my page changing. What's going on?

for some reason the site is trying to link me to the lotus pages or something.
Similarly when I end up in someone elses profile all my topics in my stuff change to theirs.

I've not tried posting as whoever I get sent to as I dont want to get banned, usually I log out and back in and its fine but its a bit bizzare non?
