Pistonheads.com not responding

Keep getting this message chaps - site freezes and then tries to "Recover Webpage". Sometimes that works, sometimes not. Been happening most of the day (I should really get some work done). Not happening on any other sites.

I'm on Windows 8 (not 8.1) and IE10.

It's been happening since he weekend, seems to be linked to the advert banners if you ask me.

Happing to me very regularly today, I'm also convinced it's a particular advert causing the problem. Unfortunately I can't install an adblocker at work.

ETA: I'm also quite often getting warnings from IE saying it's blocked content due to not having a security certificate, no idea if the two issues are be linked but they've both started happening today.

ETA: turns out I can install an adblocker at work, and installing one has stopped these crashes. I know PH aren't keen on the idea of ad blockers as it's advertising revenue that keeps the site going, however if you let adverts on that cause these problems, users are going to block them.

I get this a lot on my home PC (W7) but not work PC (Chrome) or Tablet (Android).
