Sensible post from me this time...

I have noticed that all high ASCII is being stripped out. I tried to paste in a quote in French that contained accented characters and these were removed also.

As I alluded to in my earlier post, it's almost as if we are back to the days where only 7-bit ASCII was guaranteed to get through.

Why is this issue not being taken more seriously by PH? Not being able to render the currency symbol of your target audience seems pretty fundamental to me.

Or if you're going to test them, change things, etc, maybe better to do it on a weekday rather than over a bank holiday weekend
