Classifieds - PhoneSafe and Email working correctly?

Afternoon Mods,

I am having difficulty in contacting a seller, so I'd just like to check if there have been any reported problems with PhoneSafe or the Email system?

The number either rings a few times and cuts out or is busy straight away.
I've also heard nothing from the seller after emailing them yesterday.
I don't know for sure if it's even a PhoneSafe number, but worth checking from PH's end

Hi Darren,

No reported problems at the moment but we have reset the phonesafe number so maybe try again, generally if phonesafe isn't working properly it will either go to the talking clock or not connect at all.

I've tried again but the number is still giving the busy tone, so I guess the problem is at the seller's end?

I assume you guys will have the definite contact details at your end.
In such case, is there perhaps any direct contact you guys could do on my behalf, please?
