Why is uploading pictures to an advert still so hard

It's months later and it's still like pulling teeth. You click upload and nothing happens, it's been the same for ages. I get calls from people saying they are managing my Piston heads account and I can get good deals on adverts but all I want is to be able to put an advert up without pulling my hair out. Please someone fix it!

The way images are uploaded to the site have not been improved since the launch of the new look classifieds, so I hear your frustration of this part of the site not improving with functionality that is more common across the internet now (drag and drop etc).

I will pass it on to the product manager to prioritise.
