Replying to a post, post icon smilies stacked

Can this be fixed? 3 browsers on Android using the mobile skin have the smilies stacked down the side of the page rather than in a couple of rows across the top.

It makes replying nearly impossible on some browsers as the keyboard covers the textbox (Dolphin) on Samsung's Internet browser the text box runs off the screen. Not checked how Chrome behaves.
