I see that a business/commercial query on a legal issue has been moved to the "Speed, Plod and the Law" forum.
I always understood that the SP&L forum was essentially about legal issues around driving and road use. the vast bulk of posts in that forum are indeed centered on driving and surrounding legislation.
Would it not be better to keep legal matters on financial issues in the Business or Finance Forums.
After all, queries regarding employment law rarely, if ever, get moved to SP&L.

If people want legal help; then the best place is where all the legal eagles hang-out, which is S, P&L. Same can't be said of the Business forum.
Need to bear in mind that this is not a formal service provided by PH/HM. It's the members collective; and in this instance the right people are in the S, P&L forum.
By all means, go ask legal questions in the business forum, but generally speaking, you won't such qualified responses.
