Can't post a advert for my car

Ok so I log in as normal. Put my car details in, goes to the next page and it asks me to log in again? Put my info in and says not recognised and can go forward. Frustrating the tits off me now. What can I do. ( really need to sell the car (audi a3) ASAP so I can my baby in a new car. Thanks guys/girls
