Made a post got deleted with no reason

I made a post last night in all creatures great a small.it was a picture of my dog sleeping under a duvet and it got removed.why no reason given or nothing...?

I'm not sure why that would have been. I can't see any notes against your profile. Were there any watermarks etc on it?

If not, try posting it again.
