e mail notification of new posts on topics.

Help , I only get 1GB allowance on my BB dongle, and have decided to put my inbox on a diet, so would like to stop notifications of new posts, but can't see any way on the user system to decline .

On the bottom of the email for the notification is the unsubscribe from notifications link... you will need to click on it for each thread.
