O2 advert 'forcing' me to view

Having just posted on a thread, an O2 advert came up on the 'Thanks for your contribution' page which didn't let me scroll to the top of the page - it kept 'forcing' the page to the advert. I had to close my browser to avoid.

A bit naughty, no?!
