Why do I have to keep on logging in?

For the last few days mobile and desktop keeps asking me to login, as in I've been logged out for some reason from the last visit.

Damn annoying, any ideas?

Happened for me on my iPad mini . Very frustrating.

Did the latest update from Apple and it doesn't do it any more.

Result.

Here's a response from the tech team:

"Very strange. I would guess at it being potentially caused by the network load balancer switching between web servers during web requests and therefore being unable to validate the user credentials. I'll raise a ticket for the investigation of this."

Eybic, they've just made this up to fob you off. They'll be telling you next that the flux capacitor needs servicing.

Get them to turn on sticky sessions in the load balancer, done.

I just got logged out again, then when I tried to login an advert for ice driving in a Bentley made the page drop a foot down the screen, making login more difficult.

The grump in me thinks the repeated logging out is about firing adverts at me for products and services that I neither want nor need. If you're going to do that at least make the ads relevant: Porn, alcohol, biscuits and surgical support stockings are all acceptable.

I'm being repeatedly logged out too, this sucks and is annoying

Me too, I thought it was just the safari updates of late, perhaps it's PH? Ipad mini, iOS 1.8.2

Delete your cookies for PH, it fixes mine when it happens every few months.
