Getting this all the time, though the pop-ups get blocked so I just get a box at the bottom of the screen asking if I want to allow it to open a pop-up.
That is pretty annoying - Taboola control the code on that page for the firing of this so have got in touch with them to sort or I will remove from IE - They have till the end of the day.
The integration of third party ads into PH does seem to be particularly problematic, none of the other sites I use have as frequent misbehaviour from advertisers. Which is odd, because I assume it's the same boilerplate code inserted into all of them.
