PH O'Meter - Rating the car or the article?

The old (better ) layout, still viewable if you click through to the forum link, has a PH O'Meter which invites you to:

Old PH O'Meter box said:

Join the PH rating wars with your marks out of 10 for the car

However, the new (worse ) layout states:

New PH O'Meter box said:

Join the PH rating wars with your marks out of 10 for the article

A subtle difference.

Is this intentional?

I thought we were to be rating the car, not how many spelling mistakes were left in, how late PH are with the story or whether readers are left thinking 'there are too many of these kinds of articles'/'I hate F1'/'recycled press release - boring' etc.

Maybe they finally are getting us to rate the article. After all, we appear to be the only proofreading service they have.
