That's reassuring. Thank you. However, can anyone?

Are there still problems with messages failing to arrive or disappearing down some black hole to-from as I was told recently and in the past?

I think there are intermittent issues with sending/ receiving messages but generally it's reliable, a lot of people don't have the correct email address linked to their account. I find this a lot when sending Sunday Service emails out.

I'll ask Pete to comment on the technical side of PM's but I have all the rights that it's possible to have without the dev side of things and I cannot see messages or passwords

Click on the name of the PHer you wish to contact; this takes you to their profile, at the right hand end of the header bar in the grey box is a hotlink 'Email Me' beside 'Add to Mates List'. Click on 'Email Me'

.. and when you've done that, be interested to know if you get a reply or experience the "black hole" syndrome as I and others have done.

All it says for me is "add to mates list". It's the same on Windows and Android.
