Stupid survey banner thing

Please make it go away, it does my head in every time I swipe up that god damn survey banner swipes up the page too, and then disappears.

Are you talking about the one on the homepage? That should stay hidden once you have chosen to hide it... so let us know if that is not happening.

If it isn't that - then can you post a screen shot of the one you mean.
