Mobile links in PH emails not mobile links

Recently, the emails I receive as notification when there is a post on a thread I have asked to be updated on are showing the incorrect mobile phone viewing link. The standard one is displayed twice!

So I get two identical urls both starting www.Pistonheads rather than one starting mobile.Pistonheads.com etc

Couldn't find another thread on this.
