Can't edit Wanted ad at all

Placed a Wanted ad yesterday, all seemed to go relatively smoothly. Advert is now live, but I need to make some minor amendments to the description. The website lets me do this, and doesn't say anything about restrictions - so I'm naturally assuming that it's possible, except it isn't.

Nothing I change in the description has any effect anywhere. I don't mean on the front of the website itself, I'm aware of the FAQ and how it says that changes may not appear for an hour - this isn't what I'm talking about. I change the description, hit "Preview" or "Continue", it looks like it's actually saving it but neither the preview or the final advert (again, in the backend) shows the amendments. The original advert text remains, even if I change the whole description to "moo".

So what it is - are you allowed to amend a classified advert or not? Right now I've paid £11.99 for an advert I can't change the wording even slightly on?

Tried emailing [e-mail] but got no response (unless you count an autoresponder).

For what it's worth I also tried the following, with no effect:

- Different browsers (Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer)
- Different OS (OSX and Windows)
- Cleaning cache & cookies

It looks like when you're on the first step you have a choice of clicking "Preview" or "Continue". Continue looks like it's saving the amendments (there is a visual indicator of it - the button changes to "Saving Changes"), but any amendments aren't shown by the time you get to the end - you just see the original description again. "Preview" takes you straight to the last step, but again the description is unaltered.

The line spacing is also completely messed up, it doesn't look like you can add line breaks at all. Any that appear in the description seem to be completely stripped on the live advert, even though the preview shows several erroneous line breaks between each paragraph.

Hope the above makes sense.
