Not receiving messages

For some reason im not getting any pms that have been sent to me? Other people have got mine but i havent got any back? anyone know how i can fix this?

Have you double checked your email address in your profile?

Yeah I have and its fine. I have got confirmation of messages i have sent but still havent got any of the replys

Probably just pointing out the bleeding obvious, but is the allow mail box checked too?

Have you checked spam filter?
As a test pm yourself, do you receive that?

The system is working fine at the moment, and it is probably caused by them being picked up by a spam filter somewhere. Are you using a publically available email box (e.g. Yahoo, Google, Hotmail etc), or a work email?

They maybe being caught higher up the chain, so worth exploring there too if not in any spam folder.
