As the title.

I received an email saying my topic 'Hull motor show' has been removed for the following reason.

For breaking PH rules.

I have had a look at the rules and do not understand why it got removed.

Hopefully the person who reported it or removed it can shed some light on this.

Ii will be looking to have Monaros and vxr8s on the stand.

If you want to show you car a the Hull motor show then put your name down here or pop over to VXROnline and have a look in the Yorkshire section.

Cheers Dale

It was deemed as an advert if I'm not mistaken, you would need to seek prior approval for a thread of that nature.

James Drake (JD PH) is your man.

Not really an advert as I am not organising the show just organising a club stand.

No different to other shows were I see threads for a club stand

I agree that it's similar to others Dale, but have you thought that they may have already asked for permission before posting? The Ph policy may seem draconian, but they are trying to preserve the forum as a place without adverts, and sometimes the good intentions of posters are not easily recognised.

Play the game, ask nicely to have it reinstated and give your reasons. cool

We only implement the rules as Haymarket have defined, the one you agreed to when you registered, of course, you could always start your own website then you can post what you like.
