GTI theme randomness

Since some point yesterday it's now hit and miss whether I get the actual GTI theme or or default theme.

Thought it might be cookie/cache related but cleared both and no joy... Also tried another computer and the same still happens.

Here is a screenshot showing the difference, all i did was open 2 browser windows and go to the forums list page and got 2 different views. (The left is what I expect)
