As per title - my computer (MBPro 2015 retina. OSX 10.10.5) using Firefox (up to date) and BT Fibre (20mg) just seems to struggle with PH. Really slow to scroll and react to commands - lots of spinning balls.

Yep, it's the ads - if you're on a normal browser there will be a banner ad at the top, another banner at the bottom, and another boxed advert half way down the page on the right hand side. Depending on their size / load content, they'll jam the page up while they load - especially if you open more than one page on here at a time and the same ad tries loading on every page.

Edit - if it's anything like mine is, with Adblocker disabled to test, there's:

- A PH banner advert at the bottom telling you to sell your car for £11.99.
- There's a rotation of varying banner adverts at the top (every time you open a different page) trying to sell everything from investment schemes / portfolios to Vauxhall flogging finance deals, EE, Asda, etc.
- But the most annoying, and biggest clog / loading advert, is the one at the right hand side advertising various VW cars including the Polo.

Have a look on the Adblock or Similar thread in this subforum as it has a few suggestions to use.

Edit - thread here - http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
