How long are adverts in "Moderation"?

I am trying to sell a trailer and uploaded an advert a couple of days ago, but my advert status is Moderation. I have just posted another advert for a roll bar that has been published instantly. I presume the time depends on value.

Stuck in moderation?? My advert is too... Waste of time if they can't sort this problem out within 2 years.. Bad review awaits
