In the posting rules you have:

Posting Rules said:
Do not post material that a reasonable person would find offensive, annoying or upsetting, including personal information (including facebook/twitter/linked-in etc) & amateur sleuthing, nor may you bypass the swear filter.
Nice simple and straightforward and perfectly reasonable.

In the Terms and Conditions you have:

Terms and Conditions said:
You agree not to use the Website:

to disseminate any material which is or may infringe the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party or be unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience or may restrict or inhibit the use of the Website by any person or which constitutes or encourages conduct that may be considered a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability in any country in the world;
Which caused a bit of a WTF moment when I read it. Pretty much every thread on Islam (which appears to constitute the majority these days) in NP&E breaks these rules. Saying "Allah doesn't exist" constitutes blasphemy and many of the comments in NP&E would get you beheaded in Saudi Arabia as that's part of their law. Taking the mickey out of Kim Jong-un is political dissidence in North Korea and is a criminal offence. A few more options in terms of execution which include firing squad, hanging and decapitation.

Are you seriously asking posters to abide by this? If you are then moderators should be extremely busy. If not perhaps you would consider having terms & conditions which more closely match the posting rules. In particular not expecting a poster to be aware of the criminal laws of every country in the world before they post something and not asking them to take in to account the laws of fundamentalist Islamic monarchies and totalitarian dictatorships. This to me seems to be an entirely unreasonable expectation.

That's far reaching yikes

How would you know what the law is in any country of the world?

He's got a point on blasphemy. I don't even recognise blasphemy, it pertains to sky pixies that don't exist.

Weird clause.
