Yeah I am getting the same along with other adverts popping up constantly.

Seems to be only happening if your using mobile data, if your phone is connected to wifi it stops, but connect through mobile data and they start again. I've got 2 phones and it's happening with both (Voda and Three)

Thanks for the info and how to reproduce, I have escalated this to the team that serve the ads (separate lot to us PH developers).
