Hi,

Can anyone help on this please.

I have tried off and on since Tuesday at different times of the day up to 1.35pm today to get through to Piston Heads offices.
Always a voice message on answer phone with opening times. Left three messages all have had no come back.

I have also e mailed three times. They reply with a automated e-mail with we always respond within 24 hrs etc etc.
No e mail return? I don't think they can have a customer service service dept, its just writing on a return mail.
I dont blame them for keeping costs down, but just tell your customers you don't help after adds placed. It just makes matters worse with customers chasing something that does not exist.

So can any one help with this issue please. We have a car for sale in the wrong category. (model category).
Can this be changed by me now? The advert is live. Or is it only the
Piston Head office that can do this for a customer. Any help much appreciated from anyone.
