Very frustrating - feedback

Apologies I am new....

My friend has been helping me with dealing with a parking ticket and forwarded me your link of

So I register as it seems there are wise ones amongst you, however I am not allowed to post there for 2 weeks (helpful the case is in a few days!)
So I have a look around to try and see where to post etc and keep being told I am not allowed to post for 2 weeks, in many forums... it would be HELPFUL to give a forum link to where new people are allowed to post rather than how many times can we guess it incorrectly.

Anyway as I cant post what I need to see if any wiseones can help, thank you for the information already there and CROSS fingers this adjudicator actually follows the law rather than the twits that have been writing the letters and ignoring their own photoes !!

So as you can be of no further help to me, :-( this is just for feedback :-)

Who's fault is that? Not the operators of the website. The rules are there to prevent spammers inundating the site when first joining.

I'll give you a useful answer: just start a thread in General Gassing and then ask for it to be moved to Speed, Plod & The Law by clicking the Report button within your post.

- when I ran a message board people could post but it was held for moderation, so any well behaved were able to join in
- those being a pain, the messages did not get though
