Sold or Withdraw after deposit

I've had a deposit for the car I've advertised on PH and want to reflect that in the advert. Considering that I cannot be 100% sure the deal will complete until I have the full amount, I just want to disable the advert for now with the option to re-enable it later. I have options in the advert for 'sold' and 'withdraw' (along with 'delete' and 'renew'). Can you tell me what these actually do and whether I'll have the ability to re-enable the ad later if I need to (since i still have over 20 days left).

Perhaps it's just easier to leave the ad live.
