Profile picture won't change

I have clicked the browse button in my profile edit page and directed the link to the new pic, it gives me the uploading grey box and the new picture now appears in the profile when I look at it but not when I look at it from a posting. Odd. Can anyone help.

I have done it 3 times now and the 1st time was 48hrs ago.
